What a great way to celebrate his 4th birthday. I just visited your website and read all about Lugia’s beginnings and great success over the years. The ice cream was so very yummy. All the kids (big and little) loved it. It was a perfect evening for an ice cream party. I will surely spread the word about Lugia’s on Wheels.
